Light Microscope

  • FEI CorrSight Fully Automated Correlative Fluorescence Light Microscope System with cryo-stage, micro-fluidics device and MAPS

    The CorrSight is a configurable platform designed to improve the speed and results in correlative light and electron microscopy applications. MAPS is the Modular Automated Processing System software for correlative microscopy. The dedicated cryo-stage enables contamination-free imaging of vitrified samples at high-resolution. To automate time-resolved live-cell imaging with chemical fixation, a microfluidics device is integrated with an incubated sample area allowing for live cell imaging, event-triggered fixation and subsequent processing of the sample for electron microscopy.
