Community of Practice for HR Professionals

This Community of Practice is organized by the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice-President (Academic) and is co-led by the Senior Employment Equity Advisor, Ande Clegg, and the Accessibility Advisor, Catherine Roy. All McGill HR advisors and Direct Services Representatives are invited to participate in monthly sessions to discuss effective strategies in supporting Employment Equity at McGill and the University's Employment Equity Policy. Together, we address topics of interest to the group, prioritizing the most common questions we receive. 

These virtual sessions will be hosted on Teams on the last Wednesday of the month from 10:30 AM - 12 PM for the 2024-25 academic year.
