Employment Equity Community of Practice for HR Professionals

The Employment Equity Community of Practice for HR Professionals is organized by the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice-President (Academic) and is led by the Employment Equity Advisor, Degane Sougal. All McGill HR advisors and Direct Services Representatives are invited to participate in bi-monthly sessions to discuss effective strategies in supporting Employment Equity at McGill and the University's Employment Equity Policy. Together, we address topics of interest to the group, prioritizing the most common questions we receive.

Schedule

These virtual sessions will be hosted on MS Teams on the last Wednesday of the month from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM for the 2026-27 academic year.
