Biography: 

As the Senior Employment Equity Advisor, Andrea (they/them) plays a key role in guiding members of the McGill community – including senior administrators and HR professionals – on measures to build and ensure equity in connection with recruitment, hiring, promotion, and retention across all employee groups at McGill. Andrea holds master’s degrees in social work and urban planning and has worked extensively in the higher education and non-profit sectors, and as well has experience working in government and for-profits.
