How to Apply

McGill student not currently employed at McGill University, must apply via external postings (search for "EBOH"). The website will direct you to create a Workday account. Please note, you must use a personal email address when creating this account. Do not use @mail.mcgill.ca or @mcgill.ca email addresses.

Candidates who are current McGill employees receiving a salary (not a graduate student stipend) must apply through their already active Workday account. Once logged into Workday, search "eboh winter 2024". Please note you MUST be logged in through the McGill V.P.N. to see available jobs.

Students wishing to apply for more than one of the positions below should indicate this on the application form and submit only ONE Workday application.

Important Note for International Students

International students must have a valid Canadian Social Insurance Number to apply for a position as teaching assistant (or other employment on campus). To apply for a Social Insurance Number, you will need to present your Visa/Study Permit and a McGill Employment Contract (printed on McGill letterhead) at your local Service Canada Centre. Please contact 514-398-6034 to obtain the necessary Employment Contract.
