Current and past DMD/DDS students can request the following letters from the Faculty. All requests are subject to review and approved on a case by case basis. Please note that a minimum of three weeks is needed to complete your request.
- Letter of good standing
- Letter of proof of graduation - this is also available through Minerva
- Dean's reference letter
- Letter of credit completion
- Application forms
- Numeric grades
- Special requests for forms or letters
