Dentistry Dentathon 2020

The Dentathon 2020 was a grand success with 26 graduate and undergraduate students and 6 researchers/clinicians registered. It was the first event of this kind being held at the Faculty to encourage collaborations between clinical and research faculty. The objectives were to provide seed funding for pilot projects to facilitate future applications to provincial/federal funding agencies, to enhance training of clinical and research students and fellows and to increase visibility of dentistry-related problems in the research community.

The event was held on February 1, 2020 at the Faculty and was organised by Dr. Svetlana Komarova, Dr. Faleh Tamimi, Crystal Noronha and students, Li-Chieh Lin and Qiman Gao.
