Case managers are here to provide immediate support for students experiencing difficulties large and small.

Case Management means working together to help a student succeed. The student meets with a Case Manager, who listens to their situation, offers support, and connects them to the right resources inside or outside McGill. The goal is to find practical solutions that improve the student’s academic and personal well-being.

Email: casemanager [at] mcgill.ca (casemanager[at]mcgill[dot]ca)

Phone: 514-398-4990

Meetings can be in person or online.

*It is important to note that Case Management is not a replacement for professional therapy or counselling.
