Are you interested in creating a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive of 2S/LGBTQIA+ people but not sure where to start? This interactive, in-person workshop will allow participants to brainstorm barriers faced by 2S/LGBTQIA+ employees, then develop a “change one thing” action plan to take back to their units, teams, departments, or faculties.

How does race and racism impact the working environment? What is our role in shaping an anti-racist workplace culture? This workshop will explore how integrating an anti-racist practice can create a better workplace culture for all.
