Self-Compassion Learning Circle - Group B

Advocacy, teaching, counselling, and caregiving are all emotionally intensive work, which can make maintaining priorities and self-care difficult. The self-compassion learning circle is an opportunity for educators, community workers, and activists to meet and connect.
myPath's mission is support graduate students by helping you to establish holistic goals: By participating in this group, you will learn how to identify relevant skills and set holistic goals for well-being and success. Through group cohesion and psychoeducation, participants will delve into concepts such as self-compassion, boundaries, goal-setting, and emotional labor. The purpose of the group is to co-create a group culture of introspection, self-compassion, and validation for graduate students in emotionally taxing professions.
The program will comprise 5 sessions -all online.
Group B will meet on Thursdays from March 23 - April 20 at 4:30pm - 6:00pm
