In-Community Explore

Previously known as “Outbound Explore”, In-Community Explore brings our Explore experience to your school and community. Our Branches team recognizes that not all schools and CEGEPs in Quebec are located near our McGill campus. We have launched this initiative to allow us to present to a wider scope of students the different areas of studies, resources and services offered to them at McGill and in higher education as a whole.

What to expect from In-Community Explore:

  • Program specific workshops (Astronomy, Physics, History, Social Work, Architecture, Biochemistry, Computer Science and More)
  • Workshop on Pathways to Higher Education
  • Approachable resources and information for you to consult when planning their next steps in education
  • A fun and interactive activity to get to know McGill Staff, Faculty and Students
  • Question & Answer round table

McGill University is on land that long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst
Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. We acknowledge
and thank the diverse Indigenous people whose footsteps have marked this territory on which
peoples of the world now gather.
