Table booking
Tables are available for recognized(Management)student associations to publicize and promote events.
Tables ARE NOT provided for personal use. Electrical appliances for heating food (toaster-oven) are strictly prohibited. In order to allow everyone to benefit from this service, during peak periods, student groups are restricted to one table booking for a maximum of two (2) consecutive days at a time.
Please send an email to the mustablebooking [at] gmail [dot] com (MUS) , with the following information:
- Name of student organization
- Purpose
- Period needed (date and possibly period during the day)
- contact person with phone number
Confirmation is sent via e-mail following the request. Please make sure that you include all of the above information otherwise your request will not be processed.
**During special faculty events requiring full use of the Lobby, table booking services are not available**
Reservations can be cancelled at any time (at the Building Director’s discretion), in which case, reasonable notice will be given to the student group.
