Professor Mary Dean Lee releases Executive Report on Change vs. Status Quo in Organizational Retirement Regimes
The study, based on interviews with Human Resource executives in twenty-four companies in Canada and Australia, explores how firms are responding to the retirement of large numbers of Baby Boomer professionals and managers.
The research -- led by Prof. Mary Dean Lee at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, with colleagues from McGill and York University in Canada, and Queensland University and University of Melbourne in Australia - highlights the complexity of how managers are approaching the later stages of life.

Canadian Business Magazine has unveiled its 19th annual MBA Guide for students, showcasing the graduate-level business schools across Canada. Results show that the Desautels MBA Program has the highest post-graduation starting salary with an average of C$103,000. Desautels MBA students also have the second highest GMAT score in all of Canada, at 668.
