Thibaut Lasserre, avocat Associé spécialisé en droit des sociétés, diplômé du MBA de l’université McGill, revient à Paris pour renforcer l’offre Corporate - M&A après avoir passé deux ans au bureau de Marseille. Il intervient principalement sur des opérations de fusionsacquisitions et de private equity. Avant de rejoindre Taj, Thibaut a exercé pendant 15 ans au sein de cabinets d’avocats d’affaires français et anglo-saxons, notamment, en dernier lieu au sein de Jones Day.
