Since globalization affects all sectors, this concentration gives you the tools necessary to understand industry structures and competitive dynamics in a global context. You will have opportunities to analyze and enhance organizational capabilities and to assess the requirements of doing business in different economic and political systems. Global Strategy adds an overarching, holistic and integrated perspective to other Desautels concentrations and majors.
