Mathematics (Faculty of Arts)


The BA Mathematics program will provide you with fundamental knowledge of the various branches of mathematics (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, statistics and probability) among other areas of the discipline.   

This program is a journey into the underlying order of things. You’ll be delving into analysis, functions, dynamics, chaos and number theory among others. Learn how to untangle solutions to problems and uncover the logic in complex situations. 


A background in mathematics has become increasingly valuable, with our economies relying greatly on data analysis and problem-solving abilities. Should you wish to further your skills and employability, you may want to pursue further studies in either or both fields.
