Designing assessment tasks to engage students in learning
Assessment tasks give students the opportunity to demonstrate what they know, value, or can do. Therefore, a focus on assessment design has the potential to have a meaningful impact on student learning and motivating students to learn! Check out examples of assessment strategies McGill instructors have used to engage their students in learning.
