Overview
Health Care : Understanding the responsibility of management for the timely appraisal of programs and services delivered by health and social services organizations with a view to ensuring their quality, safety, effectiveness and efficiency.Topics include: program evaluation, continuous quality improvement, organizational performance, utilization management, risk management, accreditation and human resources.

Prerequisite: CHLC 351
Students must register for both CHLC 401D1 and CHLC 401D2
No credit will be given for this course unless both CHLC 401D1 and CHLC 401D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms
CHLC 401D1 and CHLC 401D2 together are equivalent to CHLC 401
