These shared-facilities houses are designated as Quiet Residences, offering a tranquil environment conducive to studying.

McGill's furnished shared-facilities houses offer students the privacy of their own bedroom along with the attraction of communal living, with large kitchens and common rooms where housemates gather to dine, watch TV or simply relax together. Ranging in capacity from 6 to 16 students, they are all located within a short walk of the main campus.

Rent

Lease is for a period of 8.42 months from August 23, 2025 - May 3, 2026.
