SMERG is located within the Department of Integrated Studies in Education (DISE) at McGill University.
Our mission
To support the professional learning of our group members, whether they are faculty members or students.
To this end, we organize various types of activities throughout the year, including talks on various research in mathematics and science education, professional development presentations, writing groups, summer reading groups, social activities, etc.
As a SMERG member, you are welcome to participate in any of these activities and even pitch your own idea for something that SMERG can offer.
