This class is for all bodies and levels.

This kickboxing class is a martial arts–based workout combining cardio, muscle and core strengthening and will help improve your focus. It is designed for all fitness levels and consists of a sequence of jabs, crosses, hooks and kicks that will be sure to energize you!

You will need:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Running shoes
  • Adequate space
