The president of RUISSS McGill is Dr. Lucie Opatrny, President and Executive Director of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC).
Academic vice-presidency
The academic vice-president is Dr. Lesley K. Fellows, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of McGill University.
Regional vice-presidency
The regional vice-presidents are:

Administrative management
The RUISSS McGill Office is responsible for the administrative and financial management of the RUISSS McGill infrastructure and for developing and strengthening links with health care organizations of the network. The office is also responsible for the guidance and administration of RUISSS McGill committees and work groups.
