- All sections must be completed.

Applications will not be considered if:
- They don't comply with the Terms of Reference
- Incomplete or received after the deadline.
- Disease site trajectories already funded by the MSSS (e.g.: Lung, Breast, Sarcoma) are excluded from consideration.
- Submitted by email in whole or in part or emailed directly to RCN or McGill personnel.
