I joined Dr Suzanne King's team as a research assistant in September 2013. My main tasks consist of evaluating 15 and a half years old adolescents for the Project Ice Storm. The evaluation is divided into two parts: a psychosocial assessment of present and past stressful events experienced by these adolescents and an evaluation of their responses to stress.
I completed my BA in Psychology at Bishop's University and I want to continue my studies in this field to eventually work with children and adolescents as a school psychologist. Aside from being a research assistant I also work as an educator in a group home with adolescents with behavior problems and/or difficulty of social adaptation.
