The Center for Research on North America is a multi- and interdisciplinary research unit of the UNAM, one of the world’s largest public universities, with more than 300,000 students.

Our mission is to deepen knowledge about the United States and Canada and their relations with Mexico or other regions of the world by developing individual or collective research projects that, together with our commitment to teaching and academic extension, all substantive aims of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, contribute to strengthening our country’s role in the North American region.
