Additional services

It can be difficult to know what actions to take after an experience of sexual violence and who to turn to for support. Know that you are not alone in this process. In addition to the OSVRSE, there are many people at McGill and in the surrounding community dedicated to providing confidential support and information to anyone affected by sexual harassment, sexual assault, gender-based or intimate partner violence.

It is never too late to reach out.

Consult the list of campus and community support resources below to learn more about the services offered and help you determine which ones are right for you.

McGill is located on unceded lands which have traditionally served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst diverse indigenous peoples. The Kanien’kehá:ka, a founding nation of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, and the Anishinabeg are recognized as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which Tiohtià:ke/Montréal is located. Learn more about the land you’re on by following this link, and commit to taking action to support the ongoing resistance and thriving of local Indigenous communities.
