Regular academic term schedule:
- Staff and faculty editions are published on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Student editions are published every Sunday.
The NEW submission deadlines are:
- Friday at noon for the Tuesday staff issue
- Tuesday at noon for the Thursday staff issue
- Wednesday by noon for the Sunday student issue
Guidelines:
- All submissions must go through the webform below, which prompts users for a title, short explanatory text, image and email or webpage link.
- We recommend explanatory texts of about two sentences and reserve the right to edit for length and clarity.
- Submissions must have a clear McGill connection AND an intended McGill audience.
- Submissions must include a horizontal image without text, with a target size of 580x350 pixels. Please note that event posters and book covers are no longer be accepted.
- Texts can be submitted in French or English.
- We reserve the right to reject submissions, including calls for study participants, new publications, book launches, sales marketing, etc.
