Vince Li found not criminally responsible for Greyhound killing

Following the testimony of two psychiatrists, a Manitoba judge has ruled that Vince Li is not criminally responsible for killing his seatmate on a Greyhound bus, due to mental illness. The following expert is available for comment today until 12:30, then between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m.:
