- Conduct compensation audits and rematch requests (management, clerical and technical).
- Labour Relations/ Dispute Resolution/ Grievances for Academic Associates, Research Associates and Assistants (AMURE), clerical & technical staff (MUNACA), and TAs/Invigilators (AGSEM)
- Performance management & evaluation (management, clerical, technical and research)
- Probation review meetings for clerical and technical support staff.
