Ms. Snow presents extraordinary expertise and humour to audiences throughout the world. 

Ms. Snow will speak about how her experiences as an occupational therapist led her to the development of Positive Approach to Care®, including the principles behind it and why she developed it.  She will also speak about the biggest challenges facing caregivers during pandemic times.
