This student-run, bilingual event is meant to offer interdisciplinary perspectives on the laws surrounding involuntary treatment and the capacity of mentally ill persons in decision-making in Quebec.
Our guest speakers include Me Caitlin Jenkins, Me Nathalie Lecoq (LLB'96, LLM'05), and Professor Emmanuelle Bernheim (UQÀM).
