You are invited to the inaugural Sotos Lecture on Class Action Impact for an exciting opportunity to learn about the contributions class action lawsuits play in broad social issues.

Cindy Blackstock, OC, a professor in the McGill School of Social Work and executive director of the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society, and David Sterns, BCL'91, LLB'91, of Sotos Class Actions, will examine the class action brought on behalf of First Nations children who experience systematic discrimination within the federal child protection system. The lecture will be moderated by Daniel Jutras, OC, Ad. E, holder of the Wainwright Chair in Civil Law.
