Presented by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law, our distinguished panel will conduct a roundtable discussion on the subject of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in China.

Topics to be covered range from: challenges in securing court assistance for Chinese arbitrations, including the enforcement of awards; particularities of arbitrating or mediating in China, including the impact of the new mediated settlements Convention; and the myriad complexities of dispute settlement associated with China’s Belt and Road initiative.
