Kick off your journey with the energizing session on August 31 featuring mini-lectures, group discussions, and reflective exercises.

The remainder of the BTC program* includes:

  • Monthly live virtual coaching sessions (Sept–Nov)
  • Self-paced tools to build your Unique Value Proposition, Career Roadmap & more
  • A wrap-up event in December to celebrate your progress


Whether you're just starting to explore or ready to make a move, this experience will equip you with the clarity, confidence, and tools to take the next step.

*In order to receive the certification for the BTC program, participants must attend the full launch event as well as the monthly check-ins.*
