Program Description
The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Oral Health Sciences offered by the Faculty of Dental Medicine & Oral Health Sciences is a research-intensive program that emphasizes challenging and forward-thinking learning opportunities. The program's objective is to equip students with skills in literature review, research design, and knowledge mobilization to pursue professional opportunities in academia or industry.

Additional areas of specialty include nanobiotechnology, public and population health, tissue engineering, mineralized tissue, extracellular matrix, disease model, implant, bone, Indigenous healthcare, cancer, skeletal biomechanics, bioimaging, medical informatics;
