The Division's clinical activities take place at the McGill University Health Centre, which includes the Montreal General Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital, as well as at the Jewish General Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital, and Lachine Hospital. Both the Jewish General Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital have acute geriatric wards. The Jewish General Hospital also runs a long-term care service at the Hotel Dieu.
All hospital sites provide inpatient consultation teams, emergency room consultation services, and outpatient clinics, such as General Geriatrics Clinics and specialized clinics for Oncogeriatrics, Falls and Fracture Prevention, and Cognition (Memory Clinic). A Geriatric Day Hospital is located at the Royal Victoria Hospital, and a seniors' gym (DURAgym) is available at the Jewish General Hospital. All clinical units include clinicians, nurse practitioners, and other health professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and kinesiologists.
