Competence Committee

This Committee is responsible to the Head of the Division of General Surgery and the Department of Surgery and to the Associate Dean of Postgraduate Education.

• Discussion of residents promotions
• Complete the final in-training evaluation report to be forwarded to the Royal College and Dean of Medicine.
• Act as an initial Appeal Board for any Resident who feels unjustly treated by the Chief of Service or Head of the Division
