Guillermo Delgado-García is a senior neurology resident at the Instituto Nacional de Neurología y Neurocirugía in Mexico City. In addition, he is currently pursuing two master's degrees simultaneously at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and Université de Bordeaux. Next year he will start his clinical fellowship in epilepsy and EEG at the University of Calgary.
He visited Dr. Birgit Frauscher's lab at the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) in Fall 2019 as a World Federation of Neurology (WFN) Observer. This observership was part of the Canadian Department Visit Program, and was sponsored by the WFN, MNI and Canadian Neurological Society. Its purpose was to experience the Canadian neurological system in an international environment, meet new colleagues and foster future cooperation.
