This event is approved for up to 11 credits by the Centre for Continuing Health Professional Education (CCHPE). The Centre for CCHPE, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools. This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
The Sunday Session is admissible to the education allocation agreement for Quebec Registrants-RAMQ-RMSQ Annex 44.

Through an agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert Royal College MOC credits to AMA PRA Category I CreditsTM. Didactic presentations and/or panel discussions will be given on the following topics:
- treatment options in epistaxis
- geriatric voice
- non-malignant salivary gland disorders/challenging cases
- challenging case studies
- facial nerve paralysis
- recurrent Bell's palsy
- nerve schwannoma
- medical marijuana
- alternative therapies
Registrants will acquire an understanding of current diagnostic and management principles in general otolaryngology and in the following subspecialties:
- Head and Neck Oncology
- Facial Plastics
The faculty members are all teachers from Canadian and American Universities and Departments of Otolaryngology.
The format of the meeting is designed to encourage audience participation, to be informative, practical, interactive and promises to be interesting! This meeting is also an ideal family event.
