From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Tuesday, Oct. 8, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

R & R: Roots of Resilience in Students' Mental Health

Revelations of over three years of research on stress and coping involving over 800 students in Montreal will be shared. Dr. Heath will describe the roots of resilience for mental health with a focus on practical applications.
