McGill's Internal Medicine Subspecialty Residency Training Programs (R4-R5) encompass various specialized programs that can extend for either two or, for some subspecialty programs, three years (R4, R5 & R6). Eligible trainees for these subspecialty programs must have completed their first three years of Core Internal Medicine Residency Training (R1-R3) first.
These programs are fully accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
