This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.

This session will provide information on McGill's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and McGill’s Policy against Sexual Violence and related resources as well as how to respond to disclosures and/or formally report harassment, discrimination, or sexual violence. Participants will apply what they’ve learned via discussion of case studies. The workshop will be led by the Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR) and the Office for Sexual Violence Response, Support and Education (OSVRSE), and conducted online via Zoom.
