When you burn out, you have nothing left to give. The purpose of this interactive workshop is to help participants understand what causes burnout, the warning signs, and ways in which it can be prevented. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.
