Congratulations to MBA students, Aman Arora, Timothy Lane, Santiago Monroy, and Jose Nunez Gutierrez, who were awarded second place in the Business for a Better World case competition. The team has been working since October on designing a global equity portfolio that advances the UN’s sustainable development goals, which culminated with a presentation in Davos, Switzerland on January 19th to a panel of high-profile judges. Their project also benefitted from the guidance of Professor Sebastien Betermier and Ken Lester.

The Business for a Better World competition is an international MBA competition organized by Corporate Knights and the Schulich School of Business. The second-place prize comes with a $3,000 award.
