Earlier this month, Policy Magazine hosted a Q&A-style webinar with Professor Henry Mintzberg, author of Managers Not MBAs. Moderated by Professor Karl Moore, the discussion focuses on common barriers to managing well in a pandemic environment.

Mintzberg shared his thoughts on leadership during and post-pandemic by answering 20 questions from around the world — many from his former students in the International Masters Program for Managers (IMPM) and the International Masters for Health Leadership (IMHL) programs at the Desautels Faculty of Management.
