Prioritizing in a pandemic: Building Your Individual Development Plan
This interactive IDP lab is designed to accompany the “Plan Your Goals” workshop and provide you with support in building different components of your IDP (Individual Development Plan). Each month focuses on a specific topic that you will explore through hands-on activities in community with other graduate students. It is strongly recommended that you participate in the “Plan Your Goals” workshop beforehand.

Feeling stuck? Figuring out what goals to prioritize and staying motivated is challenging at the best of times. In this IDP lab, we will talk about how to use your values to guide your decision making and persevere.
