CAE Site Visit – Friday, November 3rd from 11:30am – 6pm

Attention students in engineering. 
 
CAE is proud to invite McGill University students to our global head office tour on Friday November 3, 2023. Guests are invited to visit our workspaces, interact with CAE engineers, and check out our simulators! 
Transportation to the CAE Office by bus will be provided by the McGill Engineering Career Centre (ECC).

This event is free, however we will be asking students to provide a $20 deposit that will be returned to them on the day of the trip. This deposit can be transferred electronically to //engineering.myfuture.mcgill.ca/manager/amy.malenfant [at] mcgill.ca" target="_blank">amy.malenfant [at] mcgill.ca clearly indicate your name and student number) or you can email the same address to arrange a time to pay in cash. We can only guarantee a spot for the first 15 people, so please complete your registration + deposit promptly. 
If you reserve a spot and don’t show up for the tour, the $20 will not be refunded to you.

Tour Agenda: 
11:30am: Bus leaves McGill from Thomson House (3650 McTavish) 
12:30pm:  Arrival at CAE & check in 
1 pm: CAE presentation  
1:30pm: Site tour, including flight and healthcare simulators  
4 pm: Q&A and networking 
5 pm: Depart CAE (students are not required to take bus back to McGill) 
6 pm: Return to McGill campus 
 
Note:  Guests must wear closed flat shoes.  We recommend guests bring their own safety glasses and boots, if possible, but they will be provided if needed.
