Informal Learning Basics

This book discusses informal learning as it applies to training and development professionals who would like to leverage it to help workers perform their jobs. This book takes a pragmatic approach, referring to informal learning as situations in which some combination of the process, location, purpose, and content of instruction are determined by the worker, who may or may not be conscious that an instructional event occurred.
