Adjunct Professors in Animal Science

Adjunct professors demonstrate academic and/or professional activity of a level commensurate with tenure-track academic staff members at McGill.

They make a significant contribution to the life of their affiliated department through teaching, service on graduate student committees and other activities related to the teaching and research activities of the department.

Appointment as an adjunct professor does not confer the right to be a sole supervisor of graduate students. Adjunct professors may serve as co-supervisors. Adjunct professor status is not required to serve as an external member on a graduate student supervisory committee. Adjunct professors are required to submit yearly activity reports highlighting their activities and contributions.
