Reserving the labs with the AMLF Booking System (click here)

You can use the online booking system to view the AMLF schedule and request a reservation on an empty timeslot. Approvals are made on a first come, first served basis.

-Reservation requests will be processed within 2 business days, except during holidays and vacation periods.
-We suggest submitting your reservation requests as soon as possible, especially if you are planning to hold a test or an exam during peak periods.
-We suggest turning on the notifications to receive emails when your reservation is approved (go to "My Account">"Notification Settings").

If you need to make a last-minute booking, please speak with the lab attendant on-duty or contact haluk.tuncay [at] (Haluk Tuncay).

The AMLF thanks the McGill School of Computer Science (SOCS) for generously setting up and hosting our Booked online reservation system. To learn more about the system, please view this guide: PDF icon AMLF Booked site user guide

Computer Labs

Although we must give priority to language classes, other reservation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Please include as much detail as possible with regards to the requirements for your event.

We will assume that anyone who is booking the AMLF for classes is going to be using LearningBranch, and that their students will also use the AMLF on a drop-in basis.  If this is not the case, please let us know.  If your class will only be using the AMLF on a drop-in basis you should also let us know, so that we may create LearningBranch accounts for your students.

Occasionally, the same class has two different course numbers.  If this is the case, please include this information.
