The Educational Technology Consultant plays a key strategic role in advancing instructional innovation across the Faculty of Arts, especially in language teaching. He provides expert guidance in instructional design, oversees the management and acquisition of educational technology and language software licenses, and leads the integration of technopedagogy across all language departments.
Haluk designs and delivers professional development workshops, offers one-on-one training for academic staff, and ensures the effective pedagogical use of the Arts Multimedia Language Facility (AMLF). In addition to supervising AMLF lab technicians, he also manages facility bookings and ensures smooth operation of the lab’s technological resources.

AMLF LAB TECHNICIANS:
Students, hired as lab assistants, provide technical help to the users of the labs. They work on special projects such as helping instructors create new material for the LearningBranch system, researching and testing language teaching and learning applications, creating tutorials for the software we use at the AMLF, preparing and leading workshops on language-learning tools.
